Asharqia Chamber will hold next Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the Energy Connect conference, in cooperation with the Energy Industries Council (EIC), the leading trade association for the global energy supply chain.
The conference comes as a strategic platform bringing together industry leaders and supply chain contractors in the Kingdom’s energy sector, with the aim of introducing businessmen in the Eastern Province and energy companies to the Kingdom’s supply chains and the opportunities available in them, along with the new projects to be launched in the region, enhancing opportunities for cooperation among major industrial companies and expanding channels of communication locally and internationally.
Asharqia Chamber Chairman, Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Farraj, said that the Energy Connect conference comes as a continuation of a series of meetings organized by the Chamber in cooperation with the Energy Industries Council to support the energy sector, affirming that the conference focuses on empowering economic establishments and keeping pace with the targets of Vision 2030 in promoting sustainable development and consolidating the Kingdom’s position as a leading global power in all forms of energy.
Al-Farraj pointed to the importance of the conference as a “meeting point” bringing together the region’s major energy producers with the small and medium companies relevant to the energy sector, helping to open new contracting horizons. It gives local contractors and suppliers direct access to decision-makers in global companies, in addition to supporting the targets of industrial localization by enhancing local content and enabling national companies to understand the standards required to compete internationally.
He added that the conference also provides comprehensive knowledge of future projects in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, helping companies with long-term strategic planning, affirming that it represents an ideal environment for building partnerships and forging alliances between local and international companies to provide integrated services for major energy projects in the Eastern Province.
Al-Farraj invited the business sector in the Eastern Province to attend and take part in the conference, stressing that it constitutes a high-quality opportunity to communicate and exchange experience and knowledge with the pioneers of the energy industry and its decision-makers.
