Safeguarding and following up on the common interests of economic establishments operating in the region’s economic sectors, while highlighting their role through media channels.
Studying the impact of local, regional, and international economic events, developments, and trends on the performance of sector establishments, and identifying the appropriate measures to be taken in response.
Studying the impact of existing or proposed regulations when referred by the relevant government authorities to the Chamber for the views of its members, clarifying their aspects and positive and negative effects on the current and future performance of sector establishments, and submitting recommendations or proposals for the development of such regulations.
Preparing developmental and improvement-oriented studies and research, and examining new ideas and projects related to the activity with the aim of developing and advancing it.
Seeking and working to hold meetings and discussions with officials, and submitting proposals to the relevant competent authorities in order to overcome the obstacles and challenges facing this activity.
Promoting greater cohesion and cooperation among those working in sector establishments in the region, and organizing periodic meetings between the owners and officials of these establishments.
Contributing to the organization of seminars, lectures, and exhibitions related to the committee’s activities.
