Asharqia Chamber Hosts HE the CEO of the Saudi Export-Import Bank

Asharqia Chamber organized on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at its main headquarters, a meeting with His Excellency Eng. Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Khalb, CEO of the Saudi Export-Import Bank, where the meeting reviewed the services provided by the Bank, along with its enablement programs supporting the business sector, in the presence of a number of investors. The meeting was moderated by the Chamber’s Secretary-General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel.

The Saudi Export-Import Bank aims to promote the development of Saudi non-oil exports and increase their competitiveness in global markets across the various sectors, by providing credit solutions for export financing, guarantees, and export credit insurance with competitive advantages, within the goals and pillars of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 concerned with increasing the share of non-oil exports in non-oil GDP. In mid-2025 the Bank also launched the “Jusoor Initiative,” which aims to enable manufacturers in the Kingdom to build bridges with suppliers of raw materials and equipment around the world by providing a supply chain financing mechanism for industrial inputs imported from outside the Kingdom. It is based on giving the local exporter preference as an importer by providing non-payment insurance services in cooperation with a network of international partners from export credit agencies and major global insurance companies. The “Jusoor Initiative” helps ensure the safe and sustainable flow of essential raw materials and capital goods to industrial sector establishments in the Kingdom, enhancing the resilience of Saudi supply chains and facilitating access to advanced industrial and technological materials from more than 70 countries around the world, in line with the National Industrial Strategy.
