Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and would like to inform you that it has received a letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers, No. (45558068/20), dated (15/05/1448 AH), referring to the letter from the General Authority for Ports, No. (1/38/1330), dated (14/05/1448 AH), which includes Circular No. (40) for 2026 concerning the regulation of the return of empty containers to designated yards and the handling of cases where receipt is not possible, as well as the resulting delay charges.
