Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (4551356/20), dated (09/01/1448 AH), referring to the letter of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture No. (21081398), dated (29/12/1447 AH), regarding the application of the Saudi Good Agricultural Practices (Saudi GAP) standards to local poultry farms, and the importance this represents in raising the level of compliance with the approved standards and enhancing product quality and safety, contributing to the development of the sector and the achievement of its targets. The Ministry asks local poultry producers who have not completed the application procedures for obtaining the (Saudi GAP) certificate to complete the registration procedures before the end of the current Gregorian year, by issuing the certificate through the “Nama” platform.
