Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45550721/20), dated (23/12/1447 AH), referring to the intention of the Saudi-Swedish Business Council to organize the joint council meeting on June 16 and 17, 2026, in the city of Stockholm in the Kingdom of Sweden, with the participation of representatives of the Saudi private sector to discuss economic partnership with counterparts in the Kingdom of Sweden.

The opportunities by sector committee are as follows:

  • Investment, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Committee: activating artificial intelligence in governance, partnership with Innovation360, tokenization of real estate assets, and cooperation with SEB bank to facilitate capital.
  • Logistics Committee: automation of logistics corridors and supply chains, smart mining and critical minerals, and the circular economy and sustainable industrial infrastructure.
  • Health Committee: attracting Swedish investment in pharmaceutical manufacturing and medical devices, localizing health technologies, supporting digital health and medical artificial intelligence, and building the capabilities of national health cadres.
  • Tourism Committee: a bilateral tourism promotion platform, the Saudi–Swedish heritage network, the creative economy, and excellence in sustainable hospitality.
  • Knowledge Committee: academic and research partnerships, vocational training and capacity building, joint innovation incubators, and bilateral professional certifications.
