Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (20/45549843), dated (07/12/1447 AH), regarding the Federation’s receipt of an “urgent” telegram from the Ministry of Commerce No. (32003), dated (01/12/1447 AH), corresponding to (06/05/2026), referring to the telegram of His Excellency the Chief of the Royal Court No. (92546), dated (19/11/1447 AH), corresponding to (06/05/2026), regarding the confirmation that all government entities must notify the National Center for Environmental Compliance immediately upon becoming aware of any environmental incident or violation of the provisions of the Environment Law and its regulations.
Therefore, we kindly request you to report immediately upon the occurrence of any environmental incident or violation of the provisions of the Environment Law and its regulations by filling out the attached form and sending it to the Chemical Clearance Department at the Ministry of Commerce via email: che@mc.gov.sa.
