Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45549839/20), dated (4/12/1447 AH), regarding the Federation’s receipt of an email from the Ministry of Commerce dated (17/5/2026), referring to Ministerial Decision No. (236), dated (26/11/1447 AH), corresponding to (13/5/2026), which included the direct penalties for the violation of non-deposit of financial statements by companies and establishments, and the decision’s provisions specifying fines, warnings, and the mechanism for applying them according to company forms and their capital.
The Federation urges the importance of complying with the deposit of financial statements within the prescribed statutory period, in accordance with what was stated in the Ministerial Decision.
