Dear Esteemed Chamber Subscribers,

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45549062/19), dated (26/11/1447 AH), referring to the letter of the Transport General Authority No. (6245/47/1), dated (16 Dhu Al-Qi’dah 1447 AH), which included what was stated in the Executive Regulations for Private Passenger Transport Activity, which entered into force on 10 Rabi’ Al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to September 2, 2025. Article Nine thereof states: “Before practicing the activity, the individual must issue an operating card for the bus, after submitting proof of the need to transport his relatives, employees, and dependents, as determined by the Authority by a decision of the President. The operating card shall be considered a license for him to practice the activity.”

Accordingly, the Federation requests commercial establishments that transport their employees using their own buses to comply with what was stated in the Authority’s letter through the following link: (http://go.ac.sa/s5c), and to begin issuing licenses and operating cards, as the Authority will monitor violations by establishments and buses that are not licensed by the Authority.

Please accept our sincere regards and appreciation.
