Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received an email from the Federation of Saudi Chambers dated (7/5/2026), with reference to the draft laws, regulations, and the like published through the unified “Istitlaa” platform. The Responsible Artificial Intelligence Policy has been prepared. The draft aims for the policy to define the principles, directions, and regulatory requirements for dealing with artificial intelligence technologies of all types, fields, uses, and applications, in terms of development, use, and accountability, in a way that ensures the protection of individuals and society and safeguards national values while supporting responsible adoption and innovation to enhance trust in artificial intelligence systems. The policy aims to strengthen the balance between adoption, innovation, and responsible use, raise readiness to address critical and high risks, and consolidate clarity of roles and responsibilities across the artificial intelligence life cycle.
Accordingly, the Federation hopes that those concerned, specialists, and relevant parties will review (the Responsible Artificial Intelligence Policy) and submit their views through the following link: (http://go.ac.sa/51b).
