Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received an email from the Federation of Saudi Chambers dated (7/5/2026), with reference to the draft laws, regulations, and the like published through the unified “Istitlaa” platform. The Capital Market Law has been amended. The draft aims to strengthen international cooperation between the Capital Market Authority and foreign counterpart entities, guided by international best practices.
