Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45548688/19), dated (16/11/1447 AH), which states that the Federation received an email from the Ministry of Commerce dated (23/4/2026) referring to the Decision of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce No. (224), dated (4/11/1447 AH), based on Royal Order No. (79453), dated (6/10/1447 AH), and paragraph (4) of Article (Two Hundred and Seventy-Four) of the Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/132), dated (1/12/1443 AH), which provides that non-profit companies, including micro and small non-profit companies, must appoint an auditor in accordance with the provisions of Article (Eighteen) of the Companies Law, starting from the company’s current financial year.
