Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received an email from the Federation of Saudi Chambers dated (3/5/2026), referring to the project to develop the mechanism and procedures for calculating the cost of the investor journey for economic businesses, in cooperation with the Saudi Business Center, regarding a workshop titled Reviewing and Calculating the Costs of Starting, Operating, and Closing Economic Businesses in the Real Estate Sector.
The workshop aims to document the investor journey in the real estate sector and review the associated government steps and costs from the investor’s perspective, in addition to identifying challenges and observations on government procedures and services, contributing to improving the experience, enhancing transparency, and raising the efficiency of the business environment .
