Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received an email from the Federation of Saudi Chambers dated (10/3/2026), referring to the Federation’s receipt of the letter of the Saudi Health Council No. (1-45101), dated (16/9/1447 AH), which includes Decision No. (5/111), dated (23/03/1447 AH), corresponding to (15/09/2025), approving the National Blood Donor Questionnaire and its annexes, and its adoption as a unified questionnaire for assessing blood donors in all health facilities.
Accordingly, the Federation hopes that the concerned and relevant parties among blood centers will apply it from the date of issuance of the Council’s decision.
