Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and would like to inform you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45545252/20), dated (23/8/1447 AH), which refers to the Ministry of Commerce telegram No. (23219), dated (15/8/1447 AH), attached to the Precious Metals and Gemstones Law No. (M/42), dated (10/7/1403 AH), its Implementing Regulations, and the instructions related to designated non-financial businesses and professions and their work, and to Royal Order No. (10130), dated (1/3/1439 AH), approving the mechanism for implementing the Security Council resolutions issued under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations relating to the prevention of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and its financing, and the provision of Article (Eleven) of the mechanism requiring supervisory authorities to apply the necessary procedures set by the supervisory authorities to implement the Security Council resolutions, as well as the relevant laws, instructions, and decisions previously referred to in His Excellency the Minister’s telegram No. (16698), dated (8/6/1447 AH).
