Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings and informs you that it has received the letter from the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (45558304/20), dated (22/05/1448 AH), referring to the ongoing cooperation between the Federation, represented by the National Committee for Sustainability and the Green Economy, and the Social Responsibility Accreditation Foundation (CSRA). In view of the importance of strengthening social responsibility and sustainability practices among private-sector establishments and encouraging them to adopt internationally recognized best practices and institutional standards, the Federation is organizing a virtual workshop in cooperation with the Foundation entitled “Social Responsibility Accreditation: Toward Responsible and Internationally Recognized Institutional Practices.” The workshop will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The workshop aims to:
1- Explain the importance of establishments obtaining international accreditation that documents their excellence and commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.
2- Introduce the international Social Responsibility Accreditation (CSRA) and the areas it covers, including sustainability, ethical business practices, environmental protection, human rights, and corporate social responsibility.
3- Review the key accreditation requirements, the value they add to organizations, and the practical steps toward qualifying for and obtaining accreditation.
Accordingly, the Federation invites all concerned parties and stakeholders to participate in the workshop, which will help raise awareness of social responsibility and sustainability practices and enable participants to benefit from the available accreditation programs.
