Asharqia Chamber extends its best regards and informs you that it has received the Federation of Saudi Chambers’ letter No. (45555876/19), dated (17/04/1448 AH), referring to the Union of Arab Chambers’ letter No. (أ غ ع / 481), dated (10/9/2026 AD), concerning the preparation of the annual report on obstacles to intra-Arab trade within the framework of the Greater Arab Free Trade Area. The report will draw on the views and experiences of Arab private-sector companies and be submitted to the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States – Economic and Social Council.
The report aims to identify the main challenges and obstacles facing private-sector companies in their cross-border trade, assess their impact on time, cost, and competitiveness, and use the findings to formulate recommendations that contribute to improving the trade and investment environment and strengthening Arab economic integration.
Accordingly, the Federation invites concerned parties and stakeholders to participate by completing the survey at the following link: (http://go.ac.sa/an6). Please note that the deadline for participation is October 10, 2026.
