Small and medium enterprises represent 99.7 percent of proportion
of the business sector in Japan
The General Director of the Small and Medium Enterprises of the Japanese
Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Satoshi Miyamoto has stressed
during a meeting with business youth delegation of East Chamber, chaired
by Musaad bin Zamil Al Zamil, Chairman of the Board , Monday morning, March 28,
2016 at the headquarters of the Japanese parliament that the small and medium
enterprises represent a percent of 99.7 of business sector in Japan
and 0.3 percent of big companies
Miyamoto said during the meeting, which was attended by the Minister of
Environment in Parliament Toure Harashipan and the director of international
companies in the committee Yakfim Aamagoha of small and medium
enterprises sector that contributes in employing 70 percent of workers. Miyamoto
said that Japan's economy is based on small and medium enterprises, where the
number of sector companies is 3.5 million small businesses in 1000 a big
company.
Miyamoto noted the importance of relations between the Kingdom and Japan,
stressing its depth and the Permanent contact between the two
countries which serves all sectors in various fields, specially the economic
sectors. Pointing to the frequent visits of trade delegations between the two
countries that come as a confirmation for the relations of progress
between the two countries at all levels, noting that the past years have
witnessed a lot of cooperation in various industrial, investment and other
fields between the two countries, which confirms the strength of the
partnership between the Kingdom and Japan. For his part, said that the
Parliament is based on a number of laws and regulations that present
different and expected services to young people, pointing that economy is
based on this category, Therefore, the Parliament has stated
a number of legislations that support young people and help them in the
implementation of their ambitions and ideas that often make the difference in
the Business sector.
For his part, Al-Zamil chairman of the Council said that the Japanese
experience is rich and the delegation was able to take advantage of some
of the details that are in the young business and the small and medium
enterprises service, noting that a mental image was formed by the Council
and needs to take shape and a specific mechanism for use in the Kingdom.
Zamil said that a number of initiatives have become at the hand of the Council
after visits by yesterday and, will be subjected to examination and testing to
provide ideas as pioneered everyone can benefit from them.
For his part, the Vicar of the Council Badr Al rez aza that the visit of
the second day achieved its goals, the delegation has identified the most
important legislation that serve the sector and also provides support for young
people, as well as the most important achievements of this legislation,
stressing the importance of mutual meetings with officials and specialists in
the developed countries, which contribute in expanding youth Perceptions
and present to them a biggest profit that enables them to support
the sector of small and medium enterprises with distinctive ideas and
initiatives makes the difference .
