On Tuesday 9 October 2018, Asharqia Chamber in cooperation with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will organize a training program entitled "Enhancing Small and Medium Enterprise Participation in Government Competitions and Procurement."
The program, which is held in the main headquarter of the Chamber in Dammam, aims to raise the awareness of owners of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs in how to deal with government competition, increase the chances of winning competitions by clarifying the steps and procedures to be followed, and how to make pictures presentations and how to contribute to obtain projects that are being submitted.
Accordingly, the program addresses a number of themes and topics, most notably the importance of the role of small and medium enterprises in achieving the vision of the Kingdom 2030 and its operational programs, how to qualify for government requirements and how to access the appropriate opportunities, with a detailed explanation of how to enter the government procurement platform (Etimad), analyzing and understanding requirements, practical application of technical and financial presentation, and how to prepare presentations and submit all application's requirements.
