The Secretariat of the Eastern Region
reviewed the most prominent services provided by the electronic platform
launched by the Secretariat recently, in a lecture organized by Asharqia Chamber on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
The
electronic supporting team presented support to the site the most important goals
of the platform in the lecture titled "Introducing the electronic services
in the Eastern Region Secretariat". The main achievements of technical services to the Secretariat and the beneficiaries with
high quality and efficiency, both locally and internationally.
The
platform also aims to improve the level of electronic services provided by the
Secretariat through facilitating transactions, reducing time and reducing
costs, as well as improving the efficiency of communication using mobile text
messages, e-mail or website and means of social communication between
beneficiaries and partners on the one hand and the secretariat on the other.
The
team noted that the region secretariat is in the process of implementing its
strategic plan in terms of digital transformation, which seeks to redefine
roles, tasks and procedures arrangement, standardizing data, archive and share
information, and creating performance indicators for all work functions in the
Secretariat, and using an efficient infrastructure.
The
team announced some of the services that were launched in the platform,
including Muamalat blogi, the submission of 940 reports, the registration
of productive families, the release of electricity, the immediate licenses, the
updating of the data of the contractor,
the user information service, the grant file, the registration of beneficiaries
of the secretariat services, business
services, presentation of investment opportunities, printing of electronic
licenses, linking with government agencies, and inquiring about industrial
contracts).
