The Real Estate Committee discusses promoting alternative energy with the electricity company.

​            The Real Estate Committee of  Asharqia Chamber reviewed a number of challenges facing the sector regarding the tasks of the Saudi Electricity Company, the most prominent of which are: the new plans of electricity and its effect on the costs of real estate development.
The Chairman of the Committee Dr. Bassam Boudi said that the committee in its meeting with the head of the eastern sector of the company Fuad bin Muhammed Al Abdul Qader at the company headquarters recently, that the meeting discussed several related points, including: the company' plans to provide electricity for residential areas, sorting units and delivering services, the company in the promotion of alternative energy and the role of developers in support of this plan, the development of a special section for developers services and so to the different projects on their individual projects.
He praised the cooperation and transparency shown by the company officials and their efforts to improve the level of service, openness with the concerned parties, stressing that the company listened to the Committee observations and suggestions  about several services to study and discuss the possibility of development.
