The Prince of the Eastern Region honors the Asharqia Chamber' annual reception for businessmen
His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman on Tuesday evening, November 12, 2019, the annual reception of the Asharqia Chamber of Businessmen at Sheraton Hotel in Dammam.
The ceremony was attended by businessmen from the Eastern Province, government officials, and a group of economic specialists and academics who expressed their happiness to attend the annual ceremony, noting that it was an opportunity to meet and communicate with each other.
The ceremony was witnessed by HH the Prince of the Eastern Province, to the former and current secretaries and deputies whose efforts have illuminated the lighthouse of the Eastern Chamber throughout its history.
Among the trustees who were honored Mr. Abdullah Saleh Abu Al Khail, may God have mercy on him on behalf of his son, Eng, Adel Bin Abdullah. Eng. Ghassan bin Hamdan Al-Suraihi, Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Mutref, Mr. Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Olayan, His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz bin Khalid Al-Ayyaf, and his son Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Ayyaf, and Dr. Adnan bin Abdullah Al-Naim, received on his behalf. And the professor Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Volley, the current Secretary of the East Room, and the deputies honored, Dr. Saleh bin Ali Humaidan received on behalf of his son Ali Humaidan, Dr. Bassam bin Mohammed Body.
The ceremony also witnessed the honoring of Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Hammadi, a member of the Chamber's CIT Committee, for his efforts in spreading digital knowledge and enriching Arabic content on the Internet, choosing him as the largest influencer in the digital media globally within the Google Experts Program, as well as honoring the main sponsors of the ceremony.
For his part, the Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, appreciated Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, the Emir of the Eastern Province, for his patronage and honoring this year's ceremony. His Highness continued to sponsor and honor the annual reception, which reflects his keenness to communicate with various segments of society, especially business representatives, who appreciate his highness for his support and sponsorship.
Al-Khaldi said that the ceremony was a great gathering where the region's businessmen met with government officials in various state agencies and interested academics, in addition to the owners of expertise and economic experiences of all kinds of people of the region, during which they exchanged ideas on how to expand the participation of the private sector more effectively in the march of the national economy towards sustainable development.
Al-Khaldi stressed the importance the Chamber attaches to the values of communication and interdependence and entrenched among entrepreneurs in the Eastern Region, out of its firm belief in the vital role that these values can play in collaboration and solidarity, both in raising issues and removing the challenges that may face the business sector. He pointed out that the Chamber, in line with its responsibility to develop the economic movement in the region and activate the role of the business sector in it, has set all business owners a goal to raise them to be as economic responsibility in achieving the goals and aspirations.
