The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, said that the public forum starts from several distinct axes, identifying the mechanisms of return on investment as a compass for decision-making, explaining successful strategic shifts and their impact on the return on investment, in addition to shedding light on the development prospects of return on Investment, governance applications and their role in achieving successful and sustainable endowment investments.
He pointed out that the forum has a strategic goal, which is to encourage the contribution of the business sector to social responsibility and community empowerment programs, as well as general goals, as discussing the most important challenges and practices through specialists monitoring the reality of endowments and their practices with the investment return and the mechanism for activating it as a measure of the effectiveness of the endowment and exchanging similar experiences and experiences on World level.
For this part, the head of the Endowments Committee, Ayed Al-Qahtani, said that the forum targets the leaders of endowment work and the non-profit sector, investment managers in endowments and non-profit organizations, as well as researchers and consultants specializing in investment and revenue development, and members of the endowment councils.
Al-Qahtani explained that, given the importance of the concept of return on investment on endowments, its scarcity as an objective measure of endowment investments, and the presence of distinct competencies that could contribute to strengthening and supporting the concept of return on investment internationally and internally for the endowment, this was a forum, which will contribute to correcting the investment path of endowments, It puts innovative and modern methods in front of the two tasks in the endowment sector, whether businessmen and women or workers in it, to increase the return on investment for endowments, enhance rent and raise the efficiency of its effects, achieve quality services for beneficiaries, increase opportunities for self-sufficiency for those arrested and reduce the burden on the state.
