Cyber security and other functions of modern technologies are expected to prevail in the coming years, and the training process does not go to one party without the other, and be integrative and holistic, which also includes leaders within the institutions, provided that it is motivating the leaders and not only to measure performance but to raise awareness among them, pointing out Today, artificial intelligence is responsible for auditing declarations and guiding leaders, and there is a global trend to increase digital knowledge in training programs, noting that the volume of investments in modern learning technologies has recently reached, according to studies, nearly $315 billion globally, and it is cumulatively increasing, including 20% up to 2026.
Second session:
As for the second session, which was entitled (training platforms in the Saudi market), the participants discussed the role of these platforms in meeting training needs, and their impact on the quality of the training process and trainees, with a review of selected models of platforms specialized in electronic training in the Saudi market.
During this session, the Director General of E-Training on the Enrichment Platform at the Institute of Public Administration, Dr. Hani bin Iftikhar Al-Turkistani, the Director of the Digital Transformation Department - the General Organization for Vocational and Technical Training, Dr. Abdul-Malik bin Abdulrahman Al-Hammad, and the head of the e-training program (Doroob) at the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” spoke Shahira bint Hussein Al Sahib, and founder and general manager of the Kuwaiti (Training) platform, Zaid bin Muhammad Al-Lahib. The session was chaired by the researcher and education and training consultant Amal bint Muhammad Al-Kinani.

In the third session, entitled: The Experience of Specialized Academies, the Director of Shared Services at the Saudi Petroleum Services Technical Institute, Eng.
