    Al-Tamimi criticized the situation of layoffs as a result of the circumstances and said that this is the easiest way to confront, while supposed to search for the company for mechanisms and plans to get out of the crisis with minimal losses, and that losing an employee means losing experiences, training courses, experiences, etc.​
