Sunday academics discuss "the fight against unemployment" in the East Chamber training seminar
Academics discuss Sunday 22 December 2013 training role in supporting methods of combating unemployment through participation in specialized working papers at a seminar (training and its importance in the development of national competencies) organized by the East Chamber with the patronage of the Governor of technical and vocational training Corporation, Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-ghufays in the main headquarters in Dammam. He said the Chairman of the training Committee with Dr. Abdulrahman Al-rabiah that participants at the Symposium will review the four working papers a number of topics related to training and human resource development, training relationship with labor market requirements.
The first paper Al rabiah said (future directions for technical and vocational training) provided by technical and vocational training Corporation, while looking the second paper (review of training units) while addressing the Symposium (third sheet) (the role of training in the Elimination of unemployment), and fourth (training and the needs of the labor market). He further indicated that the need to consider the importance of the training is to provide trainees with information, skills and different methods of renewable nature of their business and improve their skills and abilities, and thus raise the level of performance and productivity, adding that a large number of economic establishments were able to raise the level of their performance and achieve success at different levels, to a good training environment provided by the human resources, and to develop and raise the level of performance through continuous training and ongoing.
Al rabiah mentioned that the human element in his skills and his desire to work in various conditions can achieve productive efficiency, and this is what drives their officials to work on the development of human resources and have specialized training programs enhance performance and help upgrade the quality of their work and their products and services also include employees, qualify for career progression, professional and social.
