Sheikh Al-Jaafari speaks about insolvency and bankruptcy at Asharqia Chamber next Sunday
Asharqia Chamber is hosting a symposium next Sunday by Sheikh Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Jaafari President of Summary Court in Al-Qatif province in which will speak of some legal issues as insolvency and bankruptcy on next Sunday, February 20, 2011 at 7:30 pm in the Chamber headquarters in Dammam.
Al Jaafari will introduce and define throughout the
discussion the meaning of insolvency in the Islamic concept and the Saudi regime also shows the difference between the terms of insolvency and bankruptcy.
Also addresses other topics of the most important the controls and terms applied by the officials in the issuance of the insolvency judgment as Articles (230-231) of the legitimacy system and its regulations as well as the mechanism of the seizure of the money of the accused person with insolvency and related procedures.
Furthermore;Asharqia Chamber Acting Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel called all lawyers and legal advisers whoever is interested to attend this discussion.
For his part, Chairman of the Lawyers &Legal advisers Committee Mr. Khalid bin Abdullatif Al Saleh said that this meeting comes within rising the educational awareness in which the Committee intends to shed light on the legal provisions and statutory aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy.
Adding that meeting will address the definition of insolvency and bankruptcy cases and the authority opinion to consider claims of insolvency and bankruptcy cases and ways and means of proof relating to each of the insolvency and bankruptcy.
