Prepreation to receive a French delegation, and a catalogues exhibit in Dammam and Jubail
Secretary-General of the Chamber meets the Economic Attaché of the embassy of France in riyadh
Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel, Secretary-General of the Chamber met Philippe Gassmann, the Economic Attaché of the embassy of France on Monday morning July 27, 2015. The two had discussed many economic matters of mutual interest. The meeting was held in the chamber’s head office in Dammam. The two parties discussed the preparations for receiving a French delegation that will visit Saudi, (including the eastern province) next October. They also discussed the preparation for hosting an extensive catalogues exhibit in the chamber’s head office and its Jubail branch soon, to present the latest French high tech gadgets.
Al-wabel noted that this meeting and the following meetings with the French businessmen, with their Saudi peers as well as the catalogues exhibit, which- will be held next October- reflect the hope for more growth and development in the economic ties between the two countries. This economic partnership has been growing significantly through the past years. It is reflected by the presence of the luxurious French products in the Saudi local market.
Al-Wabel is expecting more ideas, and projects that supports the two countries’ hope for more commercial exchange, which was estimated at more than 10 billion euro in 2014 that is 10% more than 2013.
