Real Estate Committee forming 8 efficient TeamWorks for 2011
The Real Estate Committee in the Chamber have discussed a number of issues most important preparing a working paper on lands associated with Saudi Aramco and clarify their impact on the population expansion in the Eastern Province during the sixth meeting held on the first Sunday, February 20, 2011 at the Chamber in Dammam.
Chief of the Committee Ayed Bin Farhan Al Qahtani, who chaired the meeting explained that the members have discussed their views about the sector during the meeting, noting that the committee is preparing to hold a seminar in regard of Real Estate funding by the next March.
Members have suggested to invite the National Real Estate Committee in addition to study the proposal of forming 8 working teams to be effective in following the rules and regulations, and the other for Real Estate meetings, the third specialized for contributions and the fourth in regard of the follow-up procedures of the plan , the fifth follow up on the issues of National Real Estate Committee ; the sixth team to prepare theme points of officials ;the seventh to handle all problems of the airport lands and finally the eighth to evaluate the work performance annually..
Committee also discussed to use a consulting office for a legal advices in order to provide free counseling services to members of the Real Estate.
