Real Estate Committee Reveals Efforts to Establish Real estate Financing Company
President of Asharqia Chamber's Real Estate Committee Dr. Ayedh Bin Farhan Al Qahtani confirmed that there are efforts to establish the first real estate financing company in the Eastern Region stating "we are seriously studying founding a company that serves the region and we started addressing some businessmen, When there are enough participants to establish the company we will announce that" noting that the delay in the founding of such companies was due to the delay in the issuance of regulations.
This was during the expanded meeting for real estate sector held by Asharqia Chamber Yesterday Saturday April 13, 2013 which was attended by the Chairman and the Secretary General of the Chamber.
