AlRashid: Improving the work environment is a strategic goal for private sector
Baashen: Building the ideal work environment is the key to reduce the career drop-out
Prince Jlwi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaad, Vice Governor of Eastern Province emphasized that the Saudi work environment includes many experiences for both public and private sectors in building the ideal working environment model.
This took place throughout his speech yesterday on behalf on his his highness Prince Mohammad bin Fahad, during launching the first forum of "Best Working Environment, Towards Better Working Environment" Adding that this forum is one of the various strategic initiatives that launched by the Eastern Chamber.
For his part, Asharqia Chamber Chairman, Abdulrahman Al Rashid said that developing the working environment in the society seeks to the highest stages of the human growth performance, this should remain our main strategic goal of all our national institutions, due to his importance in raising the effectiveness of the human factor.
He added that Asharqia Chamber by launching this event, in collaboration with Team One Co. stands for a national priority by the government in upholding the value of the work product, efficiency and development of human resources.
He mentioned that improving the working environment in both government and private sectors, is no longer one of the options of our national institutions in both public and private sectors, but a main necessity if we are really looking forward to be able to reach the highest levels of performance, and most powerful production capabilities.
For his part, Team One's Board Director, Dr. Abdullah Baashen confirmed that this event comes within the framework of the joint efforts between the Chamber Team Once Company, towards building working environment culture in the Kingdom.
Baashen indicated that building the ideal working environment is the base towards saudization and reducing the career drop-out in the private sector where studies have shown that more than 50 percent of employees who leave their jobs do so for reasons has nothing to do with salaries.
