Pioneers » program lectures to the youth of Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University
East Chamber, represented by small and medium enterprise development center has organized Wednesday, March 2, 2016, « Pioneers » program at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University, as part of its activities for young people who are interested in entrepreneurship after graduation .
The program included a speech of the founder and CEO of Econsult Consulting Group, Khalid bin Mohammed Al sheneber, about his personal experience in self-employment, who affirmed that the insistence on achieving the goals and patience to get the profits are of the most important factors that contributed in the success he reached.
Al sheneber said that ideas evaporate into the air unless they find the one who seeks to implement them, calling on young people, with his excitement and vitality to search in their minds to extract new and innovative ideas, and then start thinking about how they are implemented on the ground, pointing that the desire of implementation must be linked to qualities of patience and trust in God and the proper planning and objective reading and listening to the former experiments.
Al sheneber mentioned the agencies that can provide financial and instructional support to small and medium projects, pointing to the importance of these financial providers especially the ones in supporting young entrepreneurs and to handle what may face of obstacles with the start of entering self-employment, advising young people to the necessity of developing their careers to pursue education and training.
This, the program has viewed the services ,activities and events, provided by small and medium enterprise development center, as well as ways and tools that will support who wants to establish his own project and convert it from an idea to a project on the ground.
The East Chamber, has created «pioneers» program within its various programs, in order to spread self-employment culture among the young men and women of colleges and institutes in the region , in order to transform them from mere job seekers into commercial business owners, and by offering free consultations and presenting realistic experiences in all fields.
