During theworkshop Arabiantemporary entryand exportcustomsAli binYahyaAlshehri director, spokeabout the(temporary admissionof goodsagreement"IstanbulConvention", awindow anda pop-upofthe World CustomsOrganization Convention,oversees themanagement,hasthis agreementincorporated intovariousagreements ontemporary admissioninone document, theorganization seeksto promote thetemporary entryin Africa, Asiaand thePacific, Latin America andEastern Europe,the Middle Eastnotebook..pointing out that theWorld Customs Organizationis workingwith governmentandnon-governmental partnerssuch as the UnitedNationsandthe World Trade Organizationand the World Bankorganizationsin order toenhance theefficiency and effectivenessof customsadministrationsin the areas ofcommercialapplicationinstructions,anddevelop and maintainbasic standardsto simplifyand standardizecustoms regulationsand procedures.

He explained that thetemporary entrybookhelpsexporters toreduce costs andtheexemptionfromvalue addedtax, customs fees, sincethey are notobliged todepositguaranteesto thecustoms authorities,and also reduces theroutinecomplicated procedures, and allowsexporters andimportersusing thedocumentOasisto complete allcustoms procedures.
Alanzisaid thatthroughthe bookcan bedelegatesmarketing andparticipating inexhibitions andbusiness travelersdocustomsproceduresspecificcostin advance,andgo homewithout problemsand without delay,fromherecantake advantage of theWordPadintrade fairsandmarkets,as well as thesectors oftourism, entertainmentand sportingeventsit helpsto attractmore foreignparticipants.
Alanzisaidthatthe temporary admissionsystemhas been usedoverfiveyearsandforty yearsin a handful ofWestOroyacountries tospreadits uselater in the75Stateheavyweighteconomically, including theUK(exhibitsonly),the UnitedKingdom,and the United Statesof America,Germany, Norway,Austria,Russia, Chinaand the United ArabEmirates, Italy,Belgium,Japan and others.., currentlyissuedsometime around170 000temporarybooka year,around the worldforgoodsworth about$ 20 billion.
Turningthe workshopthat there are severalpointsrelated totemporary entryto the Convention, most notably theWorld Customs Organization, theSaudi Customs,andthe World Trade Organization,and theInternational Chamber of Commerce,and theWorld Federation ofthe rooms,and the Council ofthe InternationalSecuritytemporary entryto thesystem,and the Council ofSaudi Chamber, stressingthat theWordPadusersincludetravelerstheparticipants, engineers andowners ofentertainmentprofessions, especially sincethe bookcovers almostall goods,except forconsumeritemsthat are usedonce,anditemssoldoroffered for sale,andgemstones, the material iscountable,andalcoholic beveragesanditemsto berepaired orprocessed.
