New Draft Contract of Public Works
Salembin SalehAl Mutawa ,Legal Adviserat the Ministry of Finance revealedthat the newdraft contractof Public Workscompensatesthe contractor, in theevent of termination with a reason not related to the contractor, no more than(10%) of thepaymentsof the contract value.
This was during the first work shop of 2024 Forum: Contracting Industry. The Forum is organized by Asharqia Chamber on April 23, 2013 under the patronage ofMinisterofMunicipalandRuralAffairsPrinceMansour binMitebbinAbdulaziz.
