More than 50 services provided by "Human Resources and Social Development" to the business sector
The Director of the Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the governorate of Jubail, Mutlaq Bin Dahem Al-Qahtani, explained that the services of the Ministry targeted to the business sector are multiple and varied, and can be obtained automatically, or through the Ministry's offices located in the cities and governorates of the Kingdom.
This came during the (introductory meeting on human resources services and social development for the business sector), which was held at the headquarters of the Asharqia Chamber branch in Jubail on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, and was moderated by the Chairman of the Jubail Business Council Saad bin Muhammad Al-Buainain.
Al-Qahtani talked about 53 services provided by the Ministry in an automated manner, in rapid record times, most importantly, renewal of work permits, issuance of work permits for the final exits, such as Saudi and harmonization certificates, documents for self-employment, advertisement of jobs and establishment of their contracts via (telecommuting platform), settlement of the first offense against the obligation, certificate of commitment to protect wages, notifications of temporary work services, inquiry about an expatriate employee, objection to inspection irregularities, settlement against the settlement, electronic documentation, change of business activity of the enterprise, In addition, Qahtani reviewed several services provided by the Ministry of Human Resources through the Ministry of Human Resources Services Labour Offices through the offices of the Ministry of Human Resources in cities and governorates, including: "Customer service" such as the addition of an account manager, adjustment of occupations, placement of the establishment under the procedure, "labor relations" service before issuance of final exit permits, receipt of escape reports, transfer of worker services and other services such as "oversight and development of the working environment, friendly settlements, and services provided by the Supervision, Protection and Support Unit, This relates to what any embassies office or the Human Rights Commission receives in cases that require the intervention of the Ministry (or its office), and the services of the Domestic Labor Committee. Al-Qahtani reviewed several platforms through which all services are obtained, including the "Qiwa" platform, the "Wadi" platform, and the "Musaned" platform.
