More than 5,000 jobs are offered by nearly 120 participating establishments in the 2022 Job Fair
About 120 establishments participating in the Job Fair 2022, offer more than 5,000 job opportunities in various specialties directed to men and women, in addition to the category of people with disabilities.
The exhibition, which is being held by the Asharqia Chamber under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, during the period from 24 to 27 October 2022, at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center "Dhahran Expo" in Al Rakah, aims to support efforts to localize jobs in the private sector and to highlight the role of the private sector. Business in attracting national talent, providing job opportunities for Saudi youth, and increasing Saudization rates according to the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Raziza, stressed that the 2022 Careers Fair constitutes an important platform and a valuable opportunity for job seekers from national competencies, who are looking for job opportunities through which their energies and potentials in various sectors emerge.
Al-Raziza said that the exhibition aims to achieve communication between the business sector on the one hand, and providers of training and employment services and specialists in human resource management and employment on the other hand, and between these parties and job seekers on the third hand, where several companies and institutions participate in the exhibition, with several Governmental and private agencies, pointing to the large participation that the previous editions of the exhibition enjoyed by male and female job seekers from national cadres, which confirms their keenness to search for opportunities appropriate to their capabilities and commensurate with their high aspirations.
Al-Raziza explained that the Asharqia Chamber will show this version of the exhibition with modern and diverse technical capabilities, so that it is easier for job seekers of both sexes to search for job opportunities and register among those applying for them, expressing his hope that the job fair will contribute to achieving the success achieved by the previous versions, which contributed to the employment of Many national energies in various work positions in companies and private institutions.
It is noteworthy that the importance of the exhibition appears in three basic aspects, where the first aspect is represented by companies facing the challenge of providing qualified human capabilities, while the second aspect comes within the framework of benefiting the qualified young man scientifically and practically, as the exhibition provides them with several options to apply his knowledge and experience, and the third aspect is represented in Intermediary bodies that train, educate, qualify and coordinate the relationship between the worker and the job seeker.
