Asharqia Chamber will organize a meeting about the definition of the Bankruptcy System, on Wednesday, 11 July 2018 at the headquarter of Asharqia Chamber in Dammam at 10 am.
It would deal briefly with aspects related to the bankruptcy system, its objectives and implications, as well as the definition of the bankruptcy or stumble experienced by companies and institutions and the ways to deal with them according to the system.
During the meeting, Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Abboudi, the judge and a member of the Committee of Commercial Courts, Majid bin Abdulrahman Al-Rashid, secretary General of the Bankruptcy Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and Maher Othman Al-Saeed, legal Advisor and Bankruptcy Project Manager would be speaking.
The Secretary-General of the Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabil, asks the business sector to participate in this meeting. He also urged experts and specialists in the relevant sectors to attend to know more about this system.
Al-Wabel added that this meeting comes within the framework of the awareness activity carried out by Asharqia Chamber with the new and emerging systems, and the communication between public official institutions and business institutions.
