During the meeting of Mayor of Eastern Region and members of Real Estate Committee
Agrees on further communication and assuring the significant role played by the private sector in real estate development
Throughout the recent meeting of Real Estate Committee and the Municipality of Eastern Region in which Members have agreed on many points on coordination and further communication between the two in which serves the public such as shared studies, seminars, and communication between the parties .. during the meeting held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 between the Committee and the Mayor of the Eastern Region Engineer Daifallah bin Ayesh Al-Otaibi at the Municipality in Dammam.
Furthermore; members of the Committee have stressed on the need to develop the available investment opportunities as the partnership between the private sector and the Municipality.
Committee has also stressed on the importance of participation of the private sector and businessmen represented by Asharqia Chamber in planning studies for the development projects and advisory committees.
For its part, Municipality explained that they are often hold joint workshops with interested people from the private sector in their discussion for major projects .. And accordingly has provided a presentation on the investment opportunities.
Also provided a detailed explanation on the most prominent investment studies for the year 1431H, including projects upright parking in Dammam and Al-Khobar ..
Municipality has also provided a presentation for the most prominent achievements of the Urban Planning Department for the year 1426-1431.
Nevertheless; Real Estate Committee strongly recommended regular meetings between the Committee and the Municipality to identify challenges and issues faced by investors and Real estate developers.
For his part, Chief of Real Estate Committee at Asharqia Chamber Ayed Bin Farhan Al-Qahtani said that meeting was positive, as we saw an overwhelming response from the Mayor of the Eastern region, and a good interaction by officials in the Municipality..Besides; we hope for more expanded meetings between officials of the Municipality and members Committee to serve the country and its citizens .. Pointing to the keenness of the private sector to provide the best service which contributes to better civic life for Saudi citizens.
