Asharqia Chamber conducts lecture on International Arbitration Duties
Next Saturday 16 April
Asharqia Chamber organize on next Saturday, 16/4/201 an open lecture entitled (Moral and Legal Duties of International Arbitrator) presented by the International Arbitrator Dr. Sharaf Al-Din Ahmad.
Lecture will be held at the Chamber's Jazeerah Hall in which Sharaf Al-Din will present those duties in light of regulations and international legislation for the International Chamber of Commerce and World Trade Organization and the laws of international arbitration and Shariah.
Its noteworthy that Dr. Sharaf is a professor of Faculty of Law, in Ain Shams University of Egypt, and a former professor at Kuwait University in the Faculty of Law, a legal adviser to a number of Arab institutions, served as an arbitrator in some Arabic and international institutions.
