Launching the fourth phase of the "Arbitration Program"
Organized by the Chamber in cooperation with the Eastern Gulf Commercial Arbitration Center
Al-Wabel: it aims to provide the participants with the capacity of legal and judicial issues
Launched on Sunday, March 28th, 2010 the fourth phase of a series of five programs for Judgment training on the drafting of the provisions of the Integrated arbitration (Your way to become an arbitrator), which organized Asharqia Chamber in collaboration with the Center for Commercial Arbitration of the GCC and will continue until next Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the headquarters of the Chamber in Dammam.
The assistant General-Secretary for Customer Services Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabel said that the main aim of the program is to verify the chamber interest as one important means of arbitration in resolving disputes and the desire from the chamber to raise the level of specialists and built-in capability to provide the participants with legal and judicial judgments in the field of arbitration and to know the impact of culture technical legal wording of the provision when the final and hone the skills of the participants and the scientific process.
He explained the judgment requirements which are of great importance in the area of legal awareness for both lawyers and the law or the various people who are interested in the judgment culture, intellectual and scientific community at large and to the seriousness of the legal implications.
The program also includes training workshops on the arts of writing and drafting rule according to legal regulations and technical language and how to rely on the statements in government liabilities and their documents and clarify the data governance and be caused and the announcement of the deposit liabilities of governance and governance as well as authoritative and interpretation of the arbitration award, correct mistakes such as (possession of the judgment decision, , field of the interpretation request, correcting the material error).
At the end of the program, The Legal Counsel, Mr.Talal Soufan will lecturer several models applied to the judgment laws (preliminary and final judgments, and implement the judgment provisions and the invalidity of the judgment decision).
He urged to take advantage of the program that targeted a group of associate members of the public sectors, lawyers, advisers and researchers in government and the private sectors, as well as university students who are studying in the disciplines such as (law and accounting), and includes lawyers and the judges are under training also experts, accountants , bank&insurance employees ,and from all sectors of commerce and industry and chamber members, also employees in the legal departments and the chamber members of the arbitration committee.
