East Chamber to organize expanded talk show under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Ghafis

And addresses the meeting, which was held under the patronage of His Excellency the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training Governor Dr. Ali bin Nasser Ghafis in the main chamber headquarters in Dammam on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, many of the training issues that are consistent with the title of the meeting as witnessing an open dialogue between investors and those interested in this activity, with His Excellency Dr.Ghafis.
The head of the Council of East Chamber Management Abdulrahman bin Saleh Alotaishan said that the meeting program takes two sides, the first side is an open meeting, which will be with His Excellency Dr. Ali Ghafis, which will review the main issues of concern to the sector, especially in light of the current economic and social developments in the Kingdom.
In the second side extensive dialogue held between workers in the training sector held under the title of the session (training and requirements of the labor market), where it will be three specialized working papers, dealing with all the paper in important topic in the training sector as looking first paper: (need for localization as a supporter of the national economy), provided by Senior Vice President of the Eastern and Southern District at Gulf Education and Training Saeed bin Jibran AlShahrani, while addressing the second paper (double the impact of training on economic development), and by the Chairman of the Board of Directors spectrum of Arab education and technical training Ghani Abdul Jalil Arumaih..the third paper, whichtitled (the development of the national training sector mechanisms to comply with the needs of the labor market), provided by the general manager of the future, company sources Emad Abdullah Jerivani, and presides over the meeting, Chief Executive set the horse for training and education Abdullah Saeed Al-Ghamdi.
Alotaishan said that this meeting is part of several activities carried out by the service sector in the management of the sector committees East Room, and enjoys the participation of a number of speakers and training experts, businessmen and government officials concerned in this regard.
Alotaishan noted that the training and rehabilitation of the national workforce, and raise the level of performance, constitute the bedrock, and the point is the basis for the investment of all types, from that investment in human resources is the most prestigious types and forms of investment, it is upon which all development plans and projects ..Because we are in an extended maturity phase, during which originated the idea of localization and polarization of labor, local cadres, thus enhancing the status of the training option and the importance of training centers to serve the most important requirements for this stage, which is the human element.
On the participation of the private sector in training through the training centers and various partnerships with education and training institutions of government ,he said that this participation increase and expand year after year, because the private sector partner in development is not in the industrial, agricultural and service production of various commercial activities areas, but also is an important numberand a partner in the rehabilitation and training and raising the level of the human element, which is the goal of development and a means or at the same time.
Alotaishan hope in the success of this meeting to set out ideas serve our sector training and raises the level of its contribution to the economic life in general.
