and Urban Development Committee in East Chamber is reviewing its
strategic plan
The head of the Committee of Housing and Urban Development in
East Chamber Redn bin Saafaq Al Duweish assured that
the committee has adopted a strategy for the year 2016 emerge
from the vision to be the main supporter of upgrading the field of urban
development in the region.
during the committee meeting Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the
chamber president, Duweish said that the committee in its message
confirms its efforts to overcome the obstacles facing investors and
beneficiaries of the real estate sector, and raise the quality standards in
urban development system to make it an integrated model of community
specialist work .
Duweish mentioned that the strategic goals of the
committee are : to provide an appropriate housing solutions for
segments of the diverse citizens in accordance with developmental
Professional standards and to aware citizens of their rights and duties and
how to choose the right property, and supporting and keeping up with the
national housing strategy as well as the development of legislations system
for the development of urban and housing.
Duweish said that the committee of Housing and Urban
Development is working according to its plan to overcome the difficulties and
obstacles faced by real estate developers, and enhancing the concept of
specialized real estate development and improving the mental image towards
the positive role yield on the country and the citizen through real estate
professionals developers, finding and developing integrated financing
solutions that contribute to supporting the industry of urban housing
development.
Regarding the mechanism of implementing the goals of the committee ,Duweish
said that the committee has assigned work teams that
are specialized in handling the tasks given to them
professionally , as each team review the latest developments with regard to
its activities at each meeting of the Committee.
