Intensive preparations for the Housing seminar
Government officials viewing the role of Mortgage institutions and Housing in the Eastern Chamber
Government officials and specialists reviews the financial institutions mortgage in real estate development and housing during their papers in the third meeting of the scientific program of the housing and housing finance symposium organized by the East Chamber Wednesday 11 December 2013 under the patronage of the Minister of housing Dr Shaweesh bin Saud Al-duweihi in the Chamber main headquarters in Dammam.
The head of the Board of Directors of the Chamber Abdul Rahman bin Rashed mentioned in the third meeting under the title (the real estate and housing finance institutions) and headed by Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-dukhail Chairman of the Board of Directors of AFG will present working papers first to the Director General of the real estate development fund, Mohammed Ali alabdani where he talks about the Partnership Fund and the private sector.
AlRashid said that the second paper at the real estate Chamber Committee member's, Dr. Bassam m. body (real estate finance and its role in the development of real estate development and housing allocated meeting time-space for discussion.
AlRashid said that the Symposium coincides with the diversity of real estate products which reflect the growing size of the estate which reflects the potential of finance companies, real estate development and private sector response to the growing demand for real estate, referring to the main objectives of the Symposium to highlight the national housing strategy and strengthen the partnership between the private sector and the Ministry of housing and real estate laws and regulations and identify the role of mortgage and housing, and to enable experts and professionals to exchange information and experiences on good housing environment.
The Chairman of the real estate Chamber Committee said, Dr. Aydh Alqahtani to the Symposium highlights what is going on in the real estate community as well as those who wish to take advantage of the private sector through the involvement of a number of specialists and experts will debate and research and successful experiences in service sector and upgrade its products. Adding to the number of experts in housing finance and economy would see them in the development of the residential mortgage products and the importance of developing solutions and products residential real estate finance to develop real estate housing projects that meet the needs of citizens, pointing out the importance of the development of the housing sector through the activation of real systems frameworks, as they talk about possible future opportunities and mechanisms for further partnership and cooperation to meet the requirements of housing projects the Government present and future. Al Qahtani said that an extensive preparation by the Chamber for the seminar is directed to employees of the private sector to participate and inform the meeting of their interventions and experiences.
