Four lectures supporting the trade and investment awareness in Al-Qatif
Many events including an exhibition , presentations and consulting services
Asharqia Chamber represented by Al-Qatiff branch and in cooperation with the SME's Development Center has launched (Small and Medium Enterprises Day) on Monday 7th March,2011 in Al-Qatiff province, in which includes several events observing the reality of small and medium enterprises, along with providing a number of proposals and consulting services to raise the level of performance, and addressing some of the obstacles faced by them, as it seeks to implement its field plan within the programs schedule in various branches of the Chamber in Jubail and Al-Khafji.
The program includes lectures, consulting services, exhibitions that tell the success of these facilities in order to raise the level of performance in these facilities and to encourage Self-Employment.
First lecture were presented by Dr. Nabil Shalaby, Manager of Small and Medium Enterprises in Asharqia entitled (Achieving your big dream through your small business) in which he reviewed the most significant factors that lead to the failure of small enterprises as "Imitation and repetition of typical ideas, and ignorance of the project details as well as the lack of experience in regard to basic activities of the project, inevitably will leads to undesirable results.
In another lecture presented by Khalid Al-Dosari,the Information Unit Supervisor entitled: (E-marketing for the SME's) in which he pointed out to the large number of Internet users in Saudi Arabia more than ten million people.
As for Consultancy and releases of the Chamber Fahad Al-Qahtani who introduced important tips during the third lecture, entitled: (Secrets of Franchise).
The fourth lecture is a presentation of the experience one of the national business groups, which began as a small company ..As Hussein Al-Abkari who recounted his experience in the building and installation of communication towers and their networks of mobile, landline and Internet, achieving the award of best promising facility by the chamber and classification of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority in within the fastest-growing enterprises in the Kingdom.
At the end; Mr.Shalabi has advised visitors with immediate consulting services for their entrepreneurs.
