First Urban Development entitled "Real estate development and Permanent housing" launched on Monday
Forum is organized in cooperation with the University of Dammam; targeting businessmen and real estate specialists in the region and Kingdom.
More than 70 speakers and 30 scientific papers and 11 meetings over three days
Organizers looks for the First Urban Development Forum starting on Monday, October 25, 2010 and lasts for three days to bring out a document for the national urban development by proposing 30 scientific papers dealing with themes of diverse concepts of the real estate d and housing development as two major components of the urban development.
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Mansour bin Muteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, in the participation of more than 70 speakers from different nationalities, locally, Arabic and globaly,where 30 work papers will be displayed through 11th sessions over three days.
Furthermore, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning at the University of Dammam Dr. Ali Bin Mohammed Al Qarni says that the forum will address the subject of real estate development aspects (strategic planning, regional planning, urban planning, urban design, architectural design, interior design, materials and techniques of), and the importance of the role of each level.
For his part, Asharqia Chamber 's Acting Secretary General Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel explained that the forum hosted by the Chamber is seeking to provide an opportunity for researchers, developers and whoever are interested in urban development sectors , improves and facilitate the provision of housing needed by the society.
Al Wabel also mentioned that the forum aims at spreading the culture of "Sustainable real estate development" between the members of public and private sectors, public and private companies and citizens and between the parties involved in the process of comprehensive urban development ..
