Experts discussing job satisfaction level
Held in the Eastern Chamber at the end of this month
AlNuaim: a group of specialists discussing the level of job satisfaction within the "Best Working Environment Forum"
Eastern Chamber Secretary-General, Mr.Adnan AlNuaim said during the "Best working environment forum, towards better environment" on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 25 to 26, 2010 at the chamber headquarters in Dammam, under the sponsorship of Prince Mohamed Bin Fahad, Governor of the Eastern Region.
AlNuaim emphasized that a considered steps works as an appropriate solutions to improve the working environment, referring that studies are the only utility for professionals in data analysis to show weaknesses and therefore specialists can examine the data and come up with appropriate serving employee and workplace.
Indicating that he Forum scientific program will include professionals and students of the work environment , presenting a summary of their experiences in helping to raise the performance level in the work environment through 9 sessions over two days involving 15 specialist to provide important data and the latest achievements of the experiment in the Kingdom.
He also noted to some names whom will participates within the program, led by Dr. Abdullah Bashen, A Board Director of Team One Consulting Co. and Bob Alai, General Manager of Work Force Management.
Dr. Hilal Al-Tuwairq,Chairman of AlTuwairqiHolding Group participates in the forum with Eng. Saleh bin Fahd Al Nozha,Operating Chief of National Industrialization Company (Tasnee).
Mr.Wael Bin Abdulrahman Al-Bassam, Human Resources Manager of AlZamil Industrial Investment and Abdulwahab Saleh Al-Shaikh, Director of Human Resources Management and Administration at Al Riyadh International Foods (McDonald's Saudi Arabia) speaks on investment in training within the global financial crisis.
Peter Kelly , Deputy Executive Director of Human Resources in Abu Dhabi National Bank speaks of balancing between the human resources strategy and job satisfaction through a paper work ,Mr. Abdullah AlFozan,Managing Partner at KPMG AlFawzaan and Al Sadhan also participates in the forum.
Mr.Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al Hagbani ,Business and Human Resources Management Partner of CMA and Zaid Al Rumaihi, Human Resources Manager at ABB Saudi reviews some of the human resources strategies and the most important factors of success,
