In collaboration with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Asharqia Chamber organized a training program under the title (exploring the world of entrepreneurship) in the Chamber's branch in Jubail last week, during which a number of topics related to the development of projects, and mechanisms for the development of entrepreneurs were discussed.
The program was implemented over 3 days with five topics, as the first topic revolve around determining the principle of the business.
It includes several topics including personal entrepreneur, feasibility study, marketing, sales and the like.
The second topic was discussed the subject of financial management of the project, as a number of topics were addressed, including risks, costs, profits and losses.
The third topic was devoted to discussing the structure of the company including the market, competitors, opportunities and so on.
The fourth and fifth topics were about the sources of funding, the most important financial resources of the project.
Resources and entities that can support small and medium enterprises were reviewed.
