Entrepreneur: Planning and organizing time gives an opportunity for growth and expansion
Entrepreneur Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Raqeeb reviewed the most important details and information related to the growth and expansion of entrepreneurial projects, the operational differences between online stores and branches, and the experiences he had towards them, during the Entrepreneurs Dialogue meeting organized by the Eastern Chamber represented by the Young Businessmen Council entitled "Growth and Expansion of Entrepreneurial Projects" on Wednesday evening, September 11, 2024, at the Chamber's headquarters.
The founding partner and general manager of Ewa Optical Company, Abdullah Al-Raqeeb, stressed during the meeting, which was moderated by Council member Afnan bint Mohammed Al-Gharib and witnessed a remarkable presence of male and female entrepreneurs and interested parties, the importance of working hard to develop the project idea through growth and expansion with creative development ideas that are different from competitors after benefiting from previous experiences and the options available to the entrepreneur.
Al-Raqeeb pointed out the importance of the entrepreneur dealing with specialized consultants to help develop the project, continue continuous learning, and search for aspects of support and facilities provided by government agencies and grants, in addition to the fact that proper planning and time management enable him to succeed in his project.
He explained Al-Raqeeb pointed out that the family's support for the ideas and work of the entrepreneur and its impact on the implementation of his projects and their success, pointing out the necessity for the entrepreneur to be persistent and innovative and not to follow competitors to the point of obsession, so he imitates the products they offer, so he must compete with himself and be creative in his project, and he is helped in this by the team and partner who believe in his ideas and support him until the investment succeeds. For his part, the Chairman of the Young Businessmen Council, Abdulrahman Al-Afaleq, said that the Pioneers Dialogue meeting is one of the effective programs of the council through which we are keen to host experienced young businessmen so that male and female entrepreneurs who are thinking of entering the world of business or who have taken the first steps in their project can benefit from the field experience presented by guests who work in different sectors, as the council seeks to develop the small and medium enterprises sector and raise the level of their performance and overcome the challenges they face.
