Eastern businessmen giving their opinions on 21 drafts of a resolution intended to apply by Labor
A number of businessmen in the eastern region gave their opinions and observations on the draft decision of the Ministry of Labor intends to 21 implementation in the near future within the framework of plans for the regulation of the labor market. Abdulrahman Abdullah alwabil said the Ministry in its scope to the regulation of the labor market, Raising rates in the private sector, and the reduction of the negative phenomena in the labor market has to issue more decisions that limit these phenomena, and deepen data resulting from high rates of positive economic performance of the Kingdom, but at the same time felt that decisions are integrated and a high degree of completeness and accuracy, credibility, so the use of visuals that will apply to these decisions, small and large business owners. The meeting aimed to study the impact of decisions on business, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), followed by a meeting on Tuesday with business women to assess the impact of these decisions on the future of women's participation in business.
Alwabil stressed on the need to understand the observations submitted to the Ministry of labor to that goal is the success of initiatives to ensure achievement of objectives and encourage the business sector at the same time guaranteeing self-determination in more involved in supporting national development, as the importance of involving businesses and their representatives in the first moments of drafting decisions affecting the labor market. The barrage of several resolutions of the Ministry of labor are in favor of the labor market and to regulate this market, but these decisions complete with reviews and videos direct and stakeholders are the owners, who have the heaviest burden in the implementation of decisions.
