Starting from next week in Dammam and Jubail
Eastern Chamber organizes two training programs for the management of resources and projects
The Eastern Chamber organizing starting from Sunday (15/12/2013) training program entitled (fundamentals of resource management system (SAP), a system that provides the business or company by solutions that can bring up all sections in one system eliminates the use of paper and other traditional systems, which can be done under this program in any financial or administrative process or technology through computer effortlessly, such as signing or approving a document. The program is held at the training Chamber Dammam center for 10 days. Also in the Chamber Jubail branch during the period from 14 to 19 December /2013 training program (PMP project management Fifth Edition).
The program addresses 6 days many themes, including an introduction to project management: facts and information, a guide to project management, and project management Professional PMP Exam), project management, system and project life cycle and project management processes, in addition to managing project integration and managing project scope, domain verification, and professional ethics. The program provides insights and ideas about project time management, project quality management, project cost management, project risk management, contract management, procurement, human resources management, management of communication in the project.
